- 40pin DIP socket is provided for the CPU.
User can replace the CPU
with EEPROM version CPU with his own codes to suit his specific
need easily.
- 7805 pin compatible
regulator is provided for
on board dc regulator ( for this lot only ) .
- Connectors are located on three sides
of the board for easy
connection. Alternate ground configuration is used for best
condition for transfer of in out signal.
- Places are reserved for terminating resistors
in case user want to
solder in any pull up and pull down resistors for the input
signal lines and data buses. (
Pull up resistors are provided for this lot now.)
- Here is connector for driving external
relays. A ULN2803 driver is
provided on board for this purpose.
- On board LEDs for easy checking working
and connection status.
- Buffers are surface mount component to
save space.
- Jumper for setting communication protocols
– ASCII mode or binary
mode. There also jumper for setting input mode, in bit or in
word
form – that is, latch all input before reading.
- Here is the Reset switch.
- The board accepts dc or ac input, with
on board diode, for maximum
convenience.
